Needle mesotherapy is one of the most frequently performed aesthetic medicine procedures and one of the least invasive methods of biorevitalization of the skin. The preparation is chosen individually, according to the needs of the patient. Injections are performed by intradermally with a syringe with a thin needle, every 0.5-1.5 cm. Before needle mesotherapy, it is necessary to wash up the makeup, disinfect, and then dry the skin. During the procedure the patient may experience discomfort and sensation of tender pinching. Immediately after procedure, local bruises may occur due to damage to the small blood vessels (especially in patients with multiple telangiectasias – visible blood vessels).
Directly after procedure do not use massage and do not use rough towels. For a few days do not use creams, do not drink alcohol, do not use the sauna and solarium. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia with analgesic cream. The greatest effects are achieved after a series of several procedures. Initially, you should undergo one procedure per week for two months and then one procedure per month to maintain the effect. 2 weeks before the procedure, aspirin should be discontinued.
